i went ice skating!!
my whole body aches like nobody's biz...ouch....but...it was all worth it, cos i had alot of fun!
went to jurong east to ice skate for the first time...thanks to the guys who really took good care of me, i didn't injure myself too much...and by the end of the day i can skate a teeny weeny bit...
*grinz*
i guess like cycling, one have to conquer the fear of falling...but those blardy skates are so freaking heavy!! nearly died at the ring several times over cos i think my legs cramped god knows how many times...
but the rest of the gang all fell at least once i think...except...maybe rong rong? hahaha...she's good...
the guys all fell cos they were throwing ice at each other! gosh how childish can they get!!!??? ahh...but guys will be guys after all....and i'm glad no one have lost this strick of balloony childishness ... life will be horrible without it =)
oh and one other thing, kids at the skating ring are hazards!!!
as i was learning to skate, there were plenty of kids running all ard the ring with those metal guides! i have to watch out for them and fear i hurt them more than they hurt me...scary...
too bad i couldnt take any photos...how to take photos when i dunno how to skate!?!? hopefully next time bah....
yeap...definitely wanna go back there again...and at least be able to learn to skate properly =)

after that, had dinner at one of the hawker centre...tot we'll settle for a simple and cheap meal...but who would have thought that zhi char sucked so bad! and it still cost 12 bucks each!!!!
seriously we would be better off eating macs....yuck!!!!!
warning....do not eat zhi char at jurong east...even those who leave there (aka some of my frens)

oh well...over and done with, lessons learnt...
i realise that (and one should know by now) going out with a gang of 12, one should be very prepared to spend half the time discussing where and what to do....
after i think half and hr? of discussing wat to do after dinner...we all finally settled to go joel's place (amongst other things like pool, ktv and movie, yes spore is boring)...
thank god for his condo at sengkang (aka chalet) which provides no expense comfortable fun and joy =) end up playing indian poker with forfeits of beer mixed with whiskey (totally sucks!!!)
no one ended up drunk...had plenty of fun sabo-ing each other...and then proceeded to play mahjong...
i definitely had fun yest...but ended up going home at 3 plus....
had a prep talk with mum till 6 in the morn? but it was good cos i clarified alot of things with her...
think we have come to a consensus, compromise, whatever...things are definitely much better now....i think... =)
